18pc Bezel Jewel Setting Punch 0.75 to 7.75mm

(New model has black anodised punches) 

This is a set of 18 concave punches used for closing round bezels around stones precisely & uniformly. It can also be used to close the prongs of a setting. Punch sizes range from 0.75 to 7.75mm. Set includes a hardwood handle for holding punches & wooden storage box labelled with punch sizes. 

Instructions:

1) Once ready to bezel set, choose a punch 0.25 to 0.5mm larger than the metal tubing

2) Place the stone in the tube in it's final position

3) Place the stone conical punch over the tube setting

4) Set the stone either by pressing & rolling the punch using the wooden handle or gently tapping the punch with a hammer to set the stone.
