BD303S Diamond Saw Blades
These high quality diamond saw blades are designed for cutting gemstone and lapidary materials (i.e. agate, quartz, petrified wood, jasper, jade, etc) in larger slab saws.
The segmented rim is designed to reduce blade tension that can develop on larger diameter blades and to assist with maximum blade lubrication.
These saw blades are directional and have an arrow on the blade sticker on the side of the blade to assist with the correct installation of the blade. Running the blade in the wrong direction will reduce the cutting efficiency and cause glazing over of the cutting edge.
BD-303S lapidary blades require a petroleum based or synthetic cutting oil as a cutting fluid/coolant. Water is not suitable to use with these blades and will result in damage to the blade's cutting capacity and will void the warranty. The blades should not be used dry under any circumstances.
