Gemmasta 3 Step Pulley Set
This is a matched pair of Gemmasta 3 speed pulleys. They are designed so that the drive belt is the same length at any of the three speeds meaning that the motor can be bolted into a fixed position.
These shaft pulleys have a bore of 1 Inch (25.40mm) and are designed to suit the Gemmasta Pro Cabbers and the updated Gemmasta GMP8 Grinders with a 1 inch shaft.
With this pulley set your single speed Pro Cabber can be converted to a 3 speed machine.
With a 1410 RPM motor the speeds are:
800rpm
1410rpm
1991rpm
This gives you the following Feet per Second depending on the wheel diameter of the machine with the following pulley sizes:
Driven Shaft: 2 Inch Pulley
Motor Puley:
4 Inch Diameter Wheels :3 Inch Pulley
6 Inch Diameter Wheels :2.5 Inch Pulley
8 Inch Diameter Wheels :2 Inch Pulley

The Gemmasta motor pulley has a 14mm bore and is designed to fit a standard metric frame motor with a 14mm shaft.
The pulleys each have a keyway and are supplied with the correct size grub screw.
These pulleys DO NOT fit the older style Gemmasta machines with a 3/4 Inch Shaft!
