The SLS range of sintered grinding wheels are a great choice for commercial cutters, clubs or just anyone looking for the maximum cutting life. They have 6mm of sintered diamond depth. Always cool with plenty of water.

Sintered diamond wheels will outlast single layer wheels (such as brazed and electroplated wheels) many times over.

Full 6mm deep diamond matrix exposes new cutting points as the wheels are used. Sintered wheels can be dressed to expose additional crystals for a more agressive cut, but dressing is not always needed if you follow a "side to side" pattern when grinding to ensure even wear.

Superior engineering reduces the wheel weight.

Dynamic balancing at the factory ensures concentricity for smooth and quiet grinding.

Generally order one grit size coarser for sintered diamond tools as compared to plated or brazed parts.
