In this case, the author is concise and to the point from start to finish. Beginning with tools and materials, she then teaches basic techniques while teaching all the wire findings you could possibly need to make almost any type of wire jewellery. Then moving through several beginner, intermediate and finally advanced level pieces, adding new skills along the way, with each new project (24 in total) building on the next. Skills of weaving, binding, coiling and layering are illustrated with hundreds of beautiful photographs to ensure you are able to gain the skills required to move on to that next level with confidence. In the back of the book there is a complete list of all materials used throughout, and a list of suppliers who are accessible to even the farthest corners of the globe via internet websites. In summary, I highly recommend this great book from a wonderful teacher, so much so, that I'm not sure I will ever want to purchase another Wire Jewellery book..... But I probably will. However, the bar has been set extremely high with Wire Jewelry Masterclass by Abby Hook!
