Machined Alumnium Spacers for Lortone Grinders

Select the length of the spacer, the internal diameter of these spacers is 3/4 Inch.

These spacers are manufactured to fit the Lortone range of lapidary grinders, however they may suit other brands of cabbing machines with the corresponding shaft diameters.They are designed to keep the grinding and sanding wheels running true on the machine shaft.

Spacers fit between each wheel and between the centre of the machine and the nearest wheel to correctly align the wheels so that they are directly underneath the overhead water taps on the machine hoods.

The spacers are held in place by tightening the nuts on the end of the shaft. You should only tighten the nut so that the wheels do not spin freely when the machine is turned on.

These spacers need to be used in conjunction with a flange on either side of the wheel.
