Rubberised Polishing burrs

These burrs can be used for reshaping metal as well as removing or smoothing over file marks or scratched surfaces. They are also widely used for cleaning seams off castings and removing excess solder, and are especially good at getting into hard to reach places.

They do not last as long as diamond but they are much lower in price.

These Rotary Polishing Tools are made with 2.35mm (3/32”) shanks and are optimised for use in a Dental style Lab Hand piece or Foredom machine, they can also be used in a Dremel or most any other rotary machine equipped with a 2.35mm collet or a variable chuck.

Grits in set include - Dark Grey - 220# Coarse, Brown - #400 Fine, Blue - #800 X Fine, Light Grey - #1500 Ultra Fine (XXFine)

Mounted Abrasive Points

High quality silicon carbide mounted points for grinding and shaping precious metals.

All burrs are on a 2.35mm diameter shaft and will fit all micro motors, Dremel and other rotary tools.

Recommended speed is 20,000 to 28,000 rpm with very light pressure for best results.
