DIAMOND NOTCHED SAW BLADE

Available in 6 Inch, 8 Inch, 10 Inch, 12 Inch, 14 Inch,16 Inch, 18 Inch, 20 Inch and 24 Inch.

Sizes of blades are - 6 Inch -150mm x 0.7mm x 25mm core (6" x .028" x 0.984" bore)

                                - 8 Inch - 200mm x 1.0mm x 25mm core (8" x .04" x 0.984" bore) - The depth of the notches is 5mm.

                                - 10 Inch - (250mm x 1.60mm x 25mm bore) - The depth of the notches is 5mm.

                                - 12 Inch - 300mm x 1.10mm x 25.4mm core (12" x .044" x 1" centre) - The depth of the notches is 5mm.

                                - 14 Inch - 350mm x 1.75mm x 25.4mm core (14" x .068" x 1" bore) - The depth of the notches is 7mm.

                                - 16 Inch - 405mm x 1.85mm x 25.40mm core (16" x .070" x 1" bore) - The depth of the notches is 8mm.

                                - 18 Inch - 457mm x 1.85mm x 25.4mm core (18" x .075" x 1" bore) - The depth of the notches is 8mm.

                               - 20 Inch - 504mm x 1.80mm x 25.40 mm core (20" x .075" x 1" bore) - The depth of the notches is 8mm.

                                - 24 Inch - 609mm x 2.0mm x 25.40 mm core (24" x .080" x 1" bore)

Bore sizes - 25mm for the 6 Inch, 8 Inch and 10 Inch.

                       - 1 Inch for the 12 Inch, 14 Inch, 16 Inch, 18 Inch, 20 Inch and 24 Inch.

These saw blades are steel core.The strength of steel gives you a thin kerf (thickness of cut) so you don't waste a lot of precious material.

The blades will rust if left standing in water for an extended period of time. If you choose to leave your blades in water over night we recommend adding a rust inhibitor to your water.

We can supply a saw blade bush to fit 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" or 7/8 " with this blade, however you must let us know at the time of ordering, otherwise a postage and handling charge will apply.

ADVISE YOUR BUSH SIZE IN THE "CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS" BOX AT THE CHECKOUT

If the blade seems to slow down in cutting, you can take an old corundum grinding wheel 100 or 80 grit, slice into this a few times, and you once again have a clean smooth cutting blade. We also stock aluminium oxide dressing sticks for sharpening these blades and also for cleaning our diamond wheels.
