Flexmasta wheels have a double coating of our own proven resin bonded diamond formulation. Flexmasta coatings are made and manufactured in Ballina, NSW by the same company that manufactures Gemmasta lapidary equipment.

Flexmasta wheels are made using only the highest quality diamond powder and the best possible resins. With over 8 years of experience in manufacturing and applying resin bonded diamond coatings, you can be confident that they are manufactered to a very high standard.

In addition to the Flexmasta Wheels, we also manufacture a range of magnetic backed resin bonded diamond disks, resin bonded diamond smoothing disks, and diamond papers for opal carvers.

The diamonds are embedded within a tough, flexible plastic resin and backed by soft, thick rubber. The soft flexible construction enables the surface of the Flexmasta Wheel to conform to the surface of your stone, eliminating flat spots and scratches.

Bushings to fit sizes 3/4", 5/8", and 1/2" are included.

The most common sequence of wheels is 280, 600, 1200, 3000 followed by the use of 50,000 diamond compound, or Cerium Oxide polishing powder on leather or felt.

These products must be used with water and the maximum RPM is 1800.

Safety glasses should be worn when using any cutting or grinding equipment. A face mask should be used to avoid inhaling potentially dangeous dust particles.
