Refractory material used for lining kilns, supporting items being soldered &/or reflecting heat back onto items

Several bricks can be set-up as protective wall behind soldering area to reflect heat and assist with annealing. You can also solder directly onto these bricks.

White fire bricks are composed mainly of alumina and silica. They are light weight they have very low thermal conductivity so they don’t absorb much heat.

Do not cut these bricks dry.  Use respitory protection if cutting these bricks.
