Titanium is extremely lightweight, it is more then 40% lighter and more then 60% stronger then their typical stainless steel counterparts. Titanium is not only lightweight & high strength but its highly corroson & heat resistant up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit/430 degrees Celsius.

Titanium is ideal for no lead soldering applications, additionally solder will not adhere to titanium tips and their lightweight make them ideal for precise placement applications.

Titanium tweezers are highly resistant to acids and considered non-corrosive, titaniums hardness also means they will keep their points and edges much longer then convention tweezers and are of course non shedding for those special applications.
