Gemmasta water manifolds are manufactured from a solid block of Acetal and are designed for gravity feed water systems. Acetal is a hard engineering plastic with high tensile strength and rigidity, excellent machining ability and versatility of application. Acetal has creep resistance and is resistant to hydrolysis, strong alkalis and thermo oxidative degradation.

This Water Manifold comes assembled with a flexible metal coolant hose 300mm total length. These hoses have an inner plastic tube so they don't leak.

Coolant flow can be varied by twisting the knurled nose cone, and the flow can be turned off the same way.

Ideal for oils, coolants, cutting fluids on lathes, milling machines, surface grinders Also a good replacement on parts washer and degreaser machines.

Each of these Water Manifold with Flex Hose is fully assembled and is supplied with:

1 x Manifold Body

6 x Brass Male Hose Connectors

1 x Brass Click on Standard Hose Connector

2 x Stainless Steel M6 Hex Head Mounting Bolts

1 x Flexible metal coolant hose

These manifolds are designed to be attached to the back of the machine on the right hand side (the left hand side if you are looking at the machine from the front).

When setting up your gravity feed water system allow enough water head pressure to allow water to flow to the taps on the cabbing machine. You will need enough height and water volume to get sufficient flow.
