Whip Tong with Approximately 85mm Melting Dish Included

WHIP TONG WITH CERAMIC MELTING DISH

FOR MELTING - GOLD - SILVER - COPPER - BRASS.

This set includes a Whip Tong handle 32cm in length with crucible.
Crucible is high grade fused silica made to withstand temperatures up to 2500'F / 1371'C.

The holder is a wire handled instrument, works by reverse action pinching and holding the melting dish in place for pouring. Made of stainless steel, the spring action keeps good tension to assure the user that melting dishes will not slip.

Note: Always Glaze crucible prior to use, will prolong the life of the crucible.
